  1. nope its real I used to work there a few years ago…that 3 legged gator is named Pochi, he always shows up for the tournaments

    1. Yes, I agree. Gators can be cute, but I would never try to play with or approach one. Good way to get bit or worse.

  2. Golf needs more alligators–I’d watch it more often if they added alligators.

  3. I know it would be all over if he got me in a death roll, but right now I feel bad for the alligator.

  4. when did they make fun of the tripod-gator? im pretty sure the laugh when it came on camera was from the fact it was so close to the golfers, and the guy in the cart was spotting it.

  5. I saw a three legged bear. no stump, it sat down and when it got up I was quite close. one rear leg

  7. You can really appreciate that the golf corse lets these animals live out their lives in peace instead of calling a trapper or gator farm to take them and possibly even kill them (if it’s a gator farm). These are some good people. Wasn’t very long ago that alligators became an endangered species dude to over hunting for their meat and skin, killings from fearful people, and obvious habit loss, from land development and swamp draining.

  8. I like how Tripod slides. 😂😊 I also like how they let it live on the course. I know it would be tough for it in the wild. If it’s not causing any immediate danger or likely to, I’d just leave it be. It may also help keep the course’s wildlife population under control.
