  1. Wow!! This is the worst advice for a golf swing that I have ever seen. Back problems are very common for golfers, and this advice just showed you how and why. Be sure to enjoy your round of golf, but be prepared for a bad back the rest of your life. So I ask: Are golfers doomed to a life of bad backs or is there another way?

    1. I don’t think Adam is saying all golfers can or should do this, he is just pointing out the correct way which will improve consistency, accuracy and power. Obviously if you are older or have back problems this would be very difficult to accomplish. I have worked with a swing coach as a 65 yr old and this side ending did cause my right lower back to be quite sore. I had to back off but I will tell you I never hit the ball batter when I did what he is teaching here. As with all coaching and especially with videos , you as the golfer have to know your physical limitations. Adam is the best . Your point is not wrong though.

    2. @Docshelby1In the big scheme of things, I think we should always put a golfer’s health first. I asked the question because I knew the answer, that there is another way to swing a golf club that is not as hard on the back as what Adam is teaching. I know that I am not the only golfer who knows this and I was curious what response I would get. We never want to swing a golf club for better results if it could hurt us physically!

    3. I agree with you 100%. I want to swing like this and it makes a huge difference is accuracy and ballflight but not if I can’t move for a week afterwards. I went back to my old swing and man was the golf bad. Really sucks
