It’s funny. Even though Garrett Is the youngest, he gives off older brother vibes when he encourages the guys around him.
Garret knows he’s the better player normally and u have to route for ur friend when they’re playing well simple as. Both know Matt wasn’t expected to play this well and both can appreciate this
I just find Matt obnoxious as frick. As long as they’re having fun.

When you watch a video with someone trying to improve at golf (Maddie is actually good for someone who hasn’t played much), it makes me appreciate how far I’ve come. Golf is really hard. I’ve learned more than I give myself credit for.

Do you mean Steve? Matt’s been playing golf most of his life. I remember him explaining how he thought he was going to be pro because of how good he was young. Steve just picked it up a few years back.

a few years ago matt was not a fantastic golfer but this mans swing is so pure now and his striking is some of the best i’ve ever seen on an amateur. love to see it. don’t get character development like this in tv shows.
