Big gap between GW and PW PW needs to be weaker if they are T100-s irons pw is 44 maybe swap it for T100 pw 46 degs
You might consider a weaker Pitching Wedge, Pete. Something carrying closer to 140.

I’m 10-12 back on irons. Driver I’m not even close. My swing speed is around 110. Too spinny I suppose.
The gap between your gap and pitching wedges seems bigger than any other gap

Look, there are so many factors that come into play when it comes to how far we can hit it. As far as this video is concerned I’d first ask about the lofts of each iron. Traditional lofts are always weaker so that’s a big factor… Only then can I answer the question properly. What irons do you use?
