What I don't wish to do, if this was a flat board, is I shift to the right, my foot would be type of angled down, and I see a great deal of people when they do that slide their hip escape here like this, I don't desire that to take place.

I wan na have this angled in, so I'm shifting my weight. But you see that this best leg is remaining angled in. I'm never doing this movement. Very same thing with the left. I have that angled in to where when I get the way there, I'm not moving escape in front of it. I'm putting pressure. However my hip never gets in front of my left ankle till all the method in the follow through. #shorts
