Avoid a reverse pivot by imagining your arms are swinging up and down an incline plane, and stop at the top of the swing. If you tend to have a reverse pivot, you're leaning your upper body back … So I suggest the opposite upper body language in this drill … lean forward. Repeat this movement a couple of times to get the sensation in your body and then make a few practice swings to recreate that sensation prior to striking the ball. This will help you avoid losing your posture and keep a consistent body alignment throughout the swing.
