  1. So many people don’t realize keeping the lead arm straight and getting the hips around correctly timed with the release is where all of the yardage comes from.

    Just like any engine, timing between the rotating parts with the explosion of energy increase is absolutely critical for generating power.

    Another example would be when do you pump your feet while on a playground swing. It isn’t at the top of the back swing it’s just about 10° before the bottom of the swing.

    Like they say, timing is everything.
